Smedicina d.o.o, as the controller of personal data, informs website visitors and consumers about the manner and scope of processing of personal data, including the scope of your rights related to the processing of personal data. The latter is in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: the Regulation).
Personal data is made available to the controller as a result of the visit to the website, as well as as a result of the purchase of goods and the use of services (e.g. ordering goods in the online store, making a complaint, a telephone call to the contact address for the purpose of order fulfilment, etc.).
Depending on the purpose of the processing, the controller processes certain data on a case-by-case basis, namely:
Information about your identity (first name, last name, language and country from which you interact with us, contact details, etc.).
Financial and transaction data (your payment or bank card details, your purchases, orders, refunds, etc.)

The period of retention of your data depends on the purpose for which it is processed and the time necessary to achieve that purpose. After the time has elapsed, the controller will store and protect them for the period during which a claim may arise from their processing, in accordance with applicable law. Once each of the potential claims is time-barred, the controller will delete your data.
As a visitor and user of our website, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data. In certain cases, you also have other rights, for example, to object to the use of your data or to its portability.

The controller undertakes to keep your data confidential and guarantees you the exercise of your rights free of charge.
